Kaya
This iguana was my sister's pet for several years. She was purchased as a 12-inch baby; when this picture was taken, Kaya was about 5 feet long (tail included)! That's my hand in the picture, to try and give some sense of scale. When my sister acquired the lizard, she was told it was female -- hence the girl's name. But based on those huge jowls and thick spines, I'm pretty sure Kaya was actually male.
