ELL / RTB 193 791 "Samen door Europa" Gemünden am Main (12858n)
Am 18. April 2022 beförderten die für die Rurtalbahn Cargo fahrenden 193 791 und 824 einen aus Osteuropa kommenden Getreidezug westwärts. Bei Gemünden am Main konnte ich das attraktive Tandem mit seinem schweren Ganzzug vor der historischen Altstadt fotografieren. Zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt zeigte sich das Maintal bereits frühlingshaft.
On 18 April 2022, the 193 791 and 824 running for Rurtalbahn Cargo carried a westbound grain train coming from Eastern Europe. Near Gemünden am Main, I was able to photograph the attractive tandem with its heavy block train in front of the historic old town. At the time the photo was taken, the Main valley was already spring-like.
