420 447 Kottgeisering (6721n)
Der "heilige ET", wie die Triebzüge der Baureihe 420 unter Eisenbahnfreunden ehrfurchtsvoll genannt werden, verstärkt die Münchener S-Bahn Flotte inzwischen mit 36 Exemplaren. Zum Einsatz kommen sie aktuell auf den Linien S2, S4, S6, S8 und S20. Optisch machen die Fahrzeuge alle einen guten Eindruck, technisch gibt es aber wohl das ein oder andere Problemchen. Das führt nicht gerade zu großer Beleibtheit beim fahrenden Personal. Ich hingegen freute mich am 31. Oktober 2020, als mir bei Kottgeisering ein Vollzug mit dem führenden 420 447 vor die Linse fuhr.

They are currently in service on the S2, S4, S6, S8 and S20 lines. Visually, the vehicles all make a good impression, but there are probably a few technical problems. This does not exactly lead to a high level of popularity among the staff. I, on the other hand, was happy on October 31, 2020, when I saw a full train with the leading 420 447 at Kottgeisering.
