Als Hommage an den Film "Zurück in die Zukunft" ist wohl die äußere Gestaltung des ELL Vectrons 193 282 zu verstehen. Der "ELLOREAN" ist für TXLogistik im Einsatz und zeigt Elemente des im Film eine tragende Rolle spielenden, zur Zeitmaschine umgebauten, De Lorean DMC-12 - einem glücklosen Pseudo-Sportwagen aus den 1980-ern, dessen Design mit Flügeltüren und der unlackierten Edelstahlkarosserie aber heute noch begeistern kann. Am 27. Mai 2020 war die Lok vor dem DGS 40565 von Padborg nach Verona Q.E. im Einsatz und konnte bei Pappenheim im Altmühltal dokumentiert werden.
