America's Housing Nightmare: Urban Blight in Baltimore

Baltimore has suffered the same fate of many of America's once-robust industrial centers. Once the 6th-largest city in the U.S., Baltimore has lost 35% of its population and much of its industry. Now, residents of West Baltimore whose families have been in the city for generations are watching as their neighborhoods are slowly abandoned and nobody seems to care.
