Tea Time!
I've enjoyed the Blue Denmark pattern for many years. In the four decades I've been acquiring it, several companies in England and the U.S. have produced it.
The bread and butter plate under the scone has an old maker's mark. The mug has no mark or characteristic fluting. It must be fairly recent, but I have found them online under Blue Denmark at a hefty price. I bought 2 of these at a church rummage sale for $2.50 each.
