Looking For Birds

WoW: "Instinctive"

 

I took this photo from inside my bedroom when my cat was watching birds through the window. To me, an instinct is a natural reflex that happens to you without thinking. That's why I like this photo, because it shows my cat's predatory instinct. As soon as a cat sees a bird, it's instinct is to catch it. Since my cat was inside, it's instinct was to get as close as possible and watch the birds.

 

I like how even though you can't see the birds in the photo, you know my cat is staring intently at something. And you can tell by his instinctive behavior that he wants to catch the birds.
