As I look out my kitchen window, I see this wooden fence. I have been noticing the changes in the color of the wood. As I look at it daily, I think the change is because of the watering system and how it hits the fence through the shrub that it in front of it. It also gets water from the other side with another watering system. It was not as easy as I thought to capture the shot because of the shadow on the lower right. After uploading to the computer, I noticed the contrast in the shadow and the grass and shrubs on the other side of the fence showing through the crack. If I cropped it wouldn't show as much detail in the wood. I've been watching for the right time of day and this seemed to be the best with less shadows in the way.
