2 Junior Joins Mama
Mama ignored Junior's temper tantrum & continued eating. Junior finally flew over to the suet & continued to vocalize, demanding to be fed. You can see that his crest is still straight up. Mama does not have her crest raised. If she had been an unrelated female downy she would have raised her crest & driven the juvenile bird away. Instead she just ignored & ate.
