Teeny Tiny Treasure

Hairstreaks are tiny little butterflies and quite challenging to photograph. They don't stay still for long. When feeding they go from blossom to blossom and you end up chasing them all over. I was fortunate enough to catch this one resting on a leaf. My second ever red-banded hairstreak was a beauty. I like how the colors & patterns on the legs match the antennae.
