Kalvin R. Hoover
And this shitdick. Every villain I'll introduce I want them to be unique and stand on their own, hence why we've gone from Mad Max warlord-esque bikers to perverted cultists. Kalvin here and his cult was mostly inspired by the greatest scam of the century, Scientology, and those Televangelist scumbags who prey on people's faith to line their pockets. The worst inspires the worst, basically. One aspect of him I don't think I drew eough attention to is that he doesn't believe any of the bullshit he's peddling and he's just using his influence and cash to satisfy his own sick desires, but you all probably got that idea anyway the instant I unironically mentioned "guro". Look that up at your own discretion. His design was meant to look as cult-ish as possible, but a bulk of the inspiration actually comes from Cris Formage from GTA V. My buddy Raphy partially helped give him his name, which was also meant to sound as blatantly cult-ish as possible.
