Let's keep this basic. My name is Michael and I'm married to the beautiful Christine (www.flickr.com/people/christine_huff/). I am an elephant keeper at the San Antonio Zoo and a serious amateur photographer. I've been into photography since my early 20's but really think my passion was fueled even more with the advent of the digital SLR. Love the instant gratification afforded by the digital age and have used it to learn and to hopefully improve my work. I have only recently started using photoshop as you may see in my photostream. i tend to be more of a photo realist, not so much into the textured composition, although on occasion I will experiment with the genre. As one can tell by my 'stream, I am mostly into nature macros and animals. Personally, I think that's what I do best. Finally, the thing I love most about Flickr is the ability to observe and share with so many talented artist. The contacts I enjoy most are the one's not afraid to share what they like or don't like about our work. You can only get better through constructive criticism and/or advice. So If you see something in particular that you love,hate, or think I could have done better, PLEASE, feel free to share with me.
