After completing my BA and MA in philosophy at UCSC, I worked at Cragmont Elementary School in Berkeley for a couple years. I decided to go back to school though, and am now living in Isla Vista and working on my PhD at UCSB.

Outside of academia, I enjoy reading, riding my bike, and watercolor painting (you can visit my website to see my work, though I've been painting for less than a year).
