Do not use them for your commercial website, blog, art project, magazine article or international advertising campaign without permission. I can be contacted via flickrmail to obtain permission for use of my photos.

I enable downloading of high-res original versions of my photos for the benefit of people whom I may have photographed for their personal, private, non-web use.

Do not re-upload them under your account to Flickr or any other photo-site (photobucket, imageshack, picasa, smugmug, webshots, snapfish, shutterfly, kodak, etc).

Please feel free to "favorite" them or hotlink to them with a link to the page on which they appear. You can even link back to your account in the comments of my photos. Read the Flickr Guidelines for clarification.
