I'm a German photographer living in the Netherlands, and I'm very enthusiast to photograph using a view-camera. So I do with that wonderful Dutch brand of Cambo.
It's the ActusMini with Actar 24, Actar 60 and Schneider-Kreuznach 120 as well as the possibility to use my Zeiss lens-set. That's Distagon 15mm (meanwhlie sold), 21mm, Milvus 35mm, MakroPlanar 50mm, Otus 55mm, Milvus 85mm and ApoSonar 135mm.
Used camera brands are Canon 5DMark3 (rebuild for Infrared) and 5DMark4 and lately came up the Sony A7II (meanwhile sold), and followed up by the Canon R - all with full frame sensors.
Especially for use with the Actus I'm very proud to own the Cambo rebuild Zeiss midformatlens Contax645 35 mm f/3.5 which has an amazing quality. Lately I upraised the level to a Fujifilm 44x33 mm midformat camera GFX50s for use at the Cambo view camera ActarGFX.
Meanwhile, I completed the GFX50s with three midformat lenses: the Fujinon GF45 f/2.8 R WR, the GF23 f/4 L RM WR and the Laowa D-Dreamer 17 mm f/4 to be able to play also without the view camera.
As times goes by a Fujinon GF 110 f/2.0 accompanied my collection, and then I couldn't resist the new offer of Cambo to fool around with the new Actar 19mm f/4 which originally is a rebuild Nikon TS 19 mm. After this, an incredible lens got into the family with an astonishing sharpness and bokeh: GF80 f/1.7. It's really in the line of the Zeiss Otus series.
A Voigtländer APO-Lanthar 50 mm f/2 aspherical for Leica M as well as a VL Nokton 35mm f/1.2 III aspherical VM and a Fujifilm GFX-R got into the family en now I'm in learning mode! Three favorite models I am competing with are the Voigtländer 50 f/2 the Fujinon GF 80 f/1.7 and the Zeiss Otus 55 f/1.4
I'm dedicated to architectural photography of all kinds, i.e. gothic cathedrals and Fine Arts.
New in the equipment is the fabulous Cambo Actus-MV view-camera, which allows astonishing movements. A distinguished invitation to fool around!
Also the Fujifilm GF 30mm f/5.6 T/S now fills the lenscase to be able to handle with some less equipment!
The latest lens is the Cambo Actar 20mm f/4.0 and it has a filterthread. Now long exposure stills are possible.
Enjoy!
