In case you're interrested, I'm going to give you a little impression of who and what I am.

Well, everybody needs money, so once I was a little bored, I decided to do something to have a living. I thought working with people could be a way to earn money and still have fun. So I started an education as a physical therapist. Oh, I forgot to say that I live in Koblenz/ Germany/ Europe/ Earth.

I finished school in 1995 and started working in a rehabilitation center. I enjoy my job very much, and guess what- I even earn money.

A trip to the eastern states of the US in 1997 started my interrest for photography, especially nature photography. Like a lot of beginners I made a lot of mistakes. So I bought books (that's where the money went) and read a lot about aperature and lenses and composition. After some short two or three years I encouraged myself not to look away from my pictures and found them pretty ok. I decided to go on, and now I Go out in the field as much as I can.

Just in the beginning of January 2007 I launched my own homepage, which you can see by tapping www.christianzieg.de. Maybe you want to take a look?! I certainly would be very happy. It's in german, but pictures have a worldwide language that's easy to understand.

I hope to get in contact with some people who share this wonderful hobby of photography. Until then, I will increase the number of pictures every week.
