Amateur photographer, eternal student.

I've had a camera in my hand since I was 14 years old. My mom was a photo technician in the Air Force. One-hour photo vet of the 80s and 90s. She also worked for several professional corporate photo studios and I have the most special memories of running around dark rooms as a child.

I started with film in 1996, on a Canon my mom bought during her time in Japan. My first digital camera was a Fuji Fine Pix from 2004. I currently shoot with a Canon Rebel T3i and I'm only now even opening the door of what my camera can do!

Here to share and critique and always learn. I'm interested in and have shot portraits, self-portraits, live music, historical artifacts, weddings, family portraits, landscapes, and even my favorite products, just for fun!
