When I first stumbled upon Bernd's profile, I had just joined flickr. I was going through a myriad of random profiles trying to make good contacts. Bernd's iconic talent of making cinematic photographs truly amazed me. Er macht aus jedem der Fotos die er für Flickr auserwählt das absolut BESTE! Er kann es und das ist ihm wohl bekannt. Long ago I know about the Bernd Zeisberg´s photostream ... During this time I have been enjoying his creativity and his exquisite work every day. A master of composition and control of the photographic techniques. Every image of him is a new art lesson. His series are spectacular and its domain covers all areas. I like a lot of pictures of ancient towns, castles, his skies, his clouds, his landscapes, his ability to create fantastic and imposible worlds. His style makes his shots unique and easily recognized. It is an honor to me have him between my contacts and clearly I must say that inside my 757 contacts he is the only one considered friend. I was shy and didn't think my photos were that special, but he made nice comments and was the first person to ever invite a photo of mine to a group which gave me some confidence and motivation to keep shooting and learning. I find Zeisy to be so much fun and such a comedian at heart. He's a dear friend, always ready to help. If you have a question and he's got the answer he's so gracious to share his knowledge. He has a magic eye and masterful touch when it comes to processing images. Each photo is a world unto itself that the imagination can become lost in. The fun adventures he creates keeps my mouse clicking on his shots the moment I see the thumbnail. I'm proud to call Bernd my friend.
