I am me, nothing more, nothing less... and then some.

Hiding under a rock

I used to have my camera, lenses, computer, and software listed in this profile, but at some point I realized none of that matters. What matters is that I try to take good pictures. Every once in awhile I think I do. I'm always encouraged when people leave my photos comments and any constructive criticism.

I hope you've enjoyed! If you have interest in my work please email me at kurt ~dot~ neurauter ~at~ gmail ~dot~ com.

Kurt's photos demonstrate a growing mastery of technical and artistic skills. Sometimes his photos evince an artistic vision that is different from mine; what is beautiful to him might not be beautiful to me, and that's okay. More often than not, his artistic vision agrees with mine, and that's icing on the cake. Kurt is also an intelligent and helpful friend. Every time I've spoken with Kurt, either in person, on the phone, or via e-mail, he has listened carefully and taken the time to share his knowledge and experience with me. Kurt is the guy I go to when I have technical questions about photography. He is a great geek to know!

Zee is my favourite furry friend. I wish he was closer, because I'd scratch his tummy and play with his tail. Oh yes...he's a pretty good photographer, too.
