Hi!

My name is Julius, I'm an outgoing high schooler born in 1990 and I'm passioned about photography.

Already since a child I have been into various visual arts like drawing, painting, web design... You name it! But it wasn't until I got my first DSLR camera when I found my calling.

To me photography is all about capturing the right moment. Whether it's the moving emotion of a person, the exciting moment of action or the mesmerizing light of a scene, a photo has to have that something. I tend to never go on an assignment thinking: "Well, it's just an another photoshoot". Instead, my main concern as a photographer is to continuously push myself to the limit not only breaking the boundaries of my own, but also keeping my customers happy - and to have lots of fun doing it, of course!

I'm mostly self taught by the principle of trial and error. Apparently I am doing some things right too since I'm already working for some magazines as a freelance photographer and have been hired to do photoshoots for other clients also.

Currently I shoot using Canon EOS 5D(<3). My old workhorse EOS 350D is still working as a backup camera though! The lenses found in my camera bag are 17-40mm f/4L, 50mm f/1.8 and 135mm f/2L.

One of my dreams is to become a professional photographer some day. :)
