I've spent most of my adulthood getting lost. From time to time, I've emerged in Asia, South America and the Bay Area. One of these days, I'll have to scan those photos...Oh, the agony of analog!
I dabble in photography, web design, film and anything else I can do on my computer...yes, a self-confessed digitarian.
Now, why zanzo, you ask? It's simple: zanzo is just my favorite Japanese word. It's hard to translate without losing all of its meaning, but if you look at the sun quickly and then look away, that orange ball burned into your vision is zanzo...kinda like a visual impression left behind in your eye's memory...like an image in a photograph!
I believe in the free-flow of information, when not commercial on your end. Just give me credit.
Finally, some thanks...Thanks to all the folks around the world that let me take that little zanzo moment between us and burn it onto film.
