She began her career in real estate in the mortgage industry 13 years ago. In addition to her affiliate broker's license, Yvonnca works both as an appraiser and a mortgage broker as well. Her ownership and management of an appraisal firm, mortgage brokerage, and real estate investment company have given her invaluable knowledge and insight into the ever-changing real estate industry.

Her unique background, complimented by an exuberant personality and a natural love for people, gives Yvonnca a marked advantage when it comes to relating to and servicing her clients. Her deep faith leads her to operate with a strong sense of integrity and passion.

As a lifelong resident of East Tennessee, Yvonnca was born and raised in Roane County. She has resided in West Knoxville for the past twenty years. Yvonnca and her husband, David, have two children, Adrienne, 16, who attends Farragut High School, and Jaden, 1, the newest addition to the family.
