I have just rekindled my photography intrests, after almost twenty years, since receiving a Canon A520 as a gift about a year ago. I am so excited about the possibilities of digital that I made a very minor camera upgrade recently to a Canon S3 IS.

I love snapping away at my wifes flowers, sunrises and sunsets, and looking for those inspired compositions (of which I have lots of ideas but no results yet). HDR really intrests me but that will definitely have to be studied more before I try it.

I believe there is beauty everywhere in everything but I will admit that where I live poses a challenge for photography, (the flat lands of the Texas panhandle) I will find it though and share it here as best I can.
