I am retired and pushing 81 and a disabled veteran. I have a B.F.A degree from Wayne State majoring in Drawing, Painting and Graphics, and an M.A. from Northern Michigan U. majoring

in vocational education. My work experience goes back about

60 years. I developed the Computer Aided Design program at
