Heather Greaves, regional representative of Integrative Yoga Therapy, is a coach in yoga therapy teacher training programs.

The Yoga Alliance certified programs are especially suitable for bodywork practitioners, health care professionals and therapists of many disciplines.

Heather’s passion is promoting self care and healing through a blend of proven yoga and ayurveda practices and modern healing techniques. She completed advanced training as a polarity therapist and also teaches Kundalini yoga.

Her journey with yoga started in 1969. In the late 80’s she coordinated the activities of a meditation center. Heather lives in Ontario, and accepts invitations for discourses.
