Hello from Inga!

I am a web designer but occasionally I create some art works since I graduated secondary school of painting. Painting helps me to evaluate present and "to clean my path from dust to walk further with barefoot on it". I wish I could do this more often and I believe that soon I will devote all my efforts for it.

Seeing how people 'get' the things I create and design gives me enormous pleasure. Combined with my passion for creating with the limitless bounds of virtual design, I find the potential thrilling and the process the perfect form of personal meditation. My influences come from all around - though I love classical art, and go through various favourites (presently, Rococo). I take ideas from the humdrum items on the street to my friends' passions and interests. Other creatives' work I see around is like reading the news for me, and I love seeing what influences others working in the same field. What influences me in particular changes as my life changes, but people's views of the world and their beliefs are a strong influence on the many things I create, and my particular mark is an underlying concept with my own style that shows through no matter what media I use to create it. How I create is by doing - I'm hands on, so I need to get the goal in mind, get the juices flowing, and then jump on and ride the journey, wherever that takes me along the way. That journey is more and more hi-tech for me personally, and I can see the design and creative industry being increasingly tech-fascinating as newer and more mind-boggling technology becomes available, and I'll be getting right in the mix.
