What is there to tell?

I'm just a chump with a little camera. I push the button and see what happens. Sometimes it works. Most of the time it doesn't.

I often wish I could take photos simply by blinking my eyelids. Then I could be sure to get what I see. But instead, it all has to pass through a little box.

My favorite themes include shadows, abstracts, symbolism, textures, urban scenes, and pretty much anything with some drama in it.

My only equipment is a little Minolta DiMage xt, in case that tech stuff matters to you. Just poor man's digital photography. A wannabe in training.

PERMISSION - I really can't imagine that any of my photos would be good enough for public or commercial use, but if you ever DO want to use an image of mine, PLEASE JUST ASK. This should be simple, common etiquette, but I've seen too many good photographers on Flickr suffer from people without scruples. (This is supposed to be FUN, remember?)

初めまして。トニーと申します。

アメリカのユタ州の出身ですが、かつては大阪に住んでおり，大学生生活をおくりました。

撮影は自分の趣味の一つです。レンズで周りの世界を解釈することにたいへん興味を持っています。とくに日本人の観点を経験させて頂きたいので、皆さんの比を見ないスタイルをお楽しみにしています。
