The World Headquarters of the YMCAs, based in Geneva, Switzerland has recently achieved a significant milestone in preserving and sharing its rich history. In a groundbreaking initiative, over 30,000 photographs documenting the YMCA's global impact across the world have been digitized and made available online.

This monumental project, completed in 2023, was conducted at the request of the World YMCA Executive Committee and encompasses a century's worth of images from about 88 countries.

This comprehensive collection captures various facets of the YMCA's community involvement, social work, and educational initiatives. The photographs, which span the entire 20th Century, are meticulously organized by country and subject, facilitating targeted searches and efficient data retrieval:
