I wont call my self a photographer after looking at this guys pictures,and i am kind of jealous that how did he take all those pictures.I was realy inspired by AKHTAR SOMORO from karachi we both used to work for EPA .I was in Peshawar and he was in Karachi and i believe no one can shoot pictures they way he did.But after looking at yasir's entire photostreem i would like to say that Pakistan has talent in every field.people like Akhtar Somoro and Yasir are born artists and no one can beat them and thats why i say that its not the camera this is the eye.May ALLAH bless him and he will be an inspiration for me forever.

I often find myself losing time within his pages, and Yasir's photos have some hypnotic effect on the soul. Somewhere in the dusty recesses of my mind, these pictures stir up memories of mid-century National Geographic and Look magazines. And any photographer who describes his equipment as "some black lenses and some dirty white ones" is obviously more interested in what comes through the lens than what is printed on it - that shows in the final results and leaves me in awe.

Sometimes despite efforts one falls into shortage of words, so is the case when I want to give a testimonial to Yasir Nisar though I believe I am not well placed or positioned to this. If I ever got my feet firmly into photography, Yasir’s name will be amongst the very few which drove me this way. He is still kinda out of my reach, he shoots in all directions and ‘m amazed how fine he shoots with a busy banking carrier at hands professionally. So young and motivated, so many achievements in such a short time span that at times the jealousy really sets in ! His photographic approach towards travel and cultures of Pakistan is a treat to watch. Even more is still to un-fold out of his shutters, as he moves forwards, some keen eyes do follow him ! With many newspaper publications at his back, I congratulate him in advance on his future publication which would be a mile-stone in itself in the culture and tourism scenario of Pakistan.
