I feel photography is a form of expression - to make the statement "this is how I see things".

I have deliberately avoided putting my self into any genre boxes. If I see a landscape shot I want to take, I take it. If I see a macro shot, I take it. I have even been talked into shooting the odd wedding. The important thing is to enjoy taking the shot, and enjoy the image afterward. If you look at your images and see nothing that says "I took this shot" in it, it's time to ask why not.

Learning is one of my favorite things to do and photography provides much opportunity for growth.
