Primarily, I am a Yankee "lost in the Ozarks". Born and raised in Upstate New York, moved to Alaska with my 6 year old daughter and husband in 1976 and reluctantly left Alaska for Arkansas in 2003.

I have 1 daughter, 5 grandchildren, 2 horses, 1 cat & 1 dog. Oh, and I still have the husband!

I love to take pictures and recently got a digital SLR so that I could utilize my lenses from my old SLR.

I also enjoy horseback riding, blogging, reading, quilting and machine embroidery.
