Beyond the engineering and financial resources involved in car racing, what strikes my imagination is the exhilarating sound of a Mazda 787 in the 'Hunaudières straight', the fluid trajectory of a Porsche 962 in the 'Esses de la Forêt', the timeless Gulf livery colors, the precise choreography of the pitstops.

These impalpable feelings explain why I ever walked 10 kms up to Montlhéry banking, or spent whole nights at Le Mans under the rain !
