I'm a lover of photographs and images. Whether hand-drawn, computer-drawn or captured, I love the art of images. I strive to learn more about capturing and creating such imagery, which is part of what makes sites like this so exciting to me.

It's amazing to see what some of you people come up with! The angles, the colors, the modifications (yay photoshop!)... It's all so awesome.

I started shooting with a consumer-level digital camera (I had some previous film SLR experience but not enough of it to really matter) and am now shooting with a Kodak DCS Pro14n (14mp full-frame sensor using Nikon glass) with a Nikon 50mm f1.8 lens. I hope to expand my arsenal of glass in the near future, but chose to start with the 50mm since a lot of classic photography that I love was shot with it. Not to mention having such a fast lens at such a low price!! :D
