Owner of classic wooden Scarborough Class Sloop 'Fahyda' built in 1950 by John Ley. 'Fahyda' is moored in Chichester Harbour, UK. She was extensively renovated between 1999-2002 and has been carefully maintained and only lightly cruised since the renovation was completed.

She was originally built for the Commodore of Scarborough Yacht Club to a very high specification. She has a distinguished racing history which is documented in published sources.

In the ten years I have owned 'Fahyda' has been cruised along the South Coast and across to northern France several times.
