Hi, my name is Christoph (Chris) and I am a passionate, part-time photographer, originally from Luxembourg but now living in Panevėžys.

I started as a teenager with a Minolta XG-2 and a nice 50mm 1.7 (still own both).

Today, after shooting full frame for a decades, I switched to Fuji X Cameras.

I really enjoy taking all kinds of photographs with some preference for all kind of scapes (Land, City, Night ...)

That said, I really like every type of photography and I always try to get the best shot out of every opportunity.

I joined FLICKR in October last year but I only started using it since March 2011. I made many mistakes at the beginning, like putting my pictures in tons of groups and losing all my time awarding ... Believe me, it's not worth it. Use this time to browse through FLICKR and comment pictures you like.

I also prefer getting a simple "nice" than having my comments polluted by 100 awards.

I do have some habits on FICKR, good or bad ...

I post one picture maximum per day (expetion will be when I start uploading model shootings). So if I have a series of ten pictures to upload it takes 10 days ...

I never comment in a negative way (only point out what i like). If someone wants a serious opinion (maybe negative), just sent me a private message.

I don't put my pictures in groups anymore, no need to send me invites,

I know that I own some nice gear, but I honestly believe it's the photographer and not the gear which make great pictures. Good gear only makes things easier.

Last but not least, I want to thank all of you (over 500.000 of views) for taking time to look at my pictures.
