I love urban Photography focusing on the architecture. The concrete and the glass.
I'm currently living in Hong Kong and will probably never stop photographing this city. It's an amazing urban environment in a spectacular natural setting. I'm trying to photograph more and more the less famous part of this city. I will be posting more of these scenes in the coming time.
I just started my own website, xavibarca.com.
My love for architecture comes from my mother having worked in an architecture firm and being raised with a love for old and modern architects is infecting. My hero is the genius of Gaudi.
My favorite cities are Amsterdam, Barcelona, Hong Kong, Lisbon and Sevilla.
When I will be moving back to Europe I will be spending as much time as I can on the Iberian peninsula shooting most of these cities.
High on my list to visit are also Istanbul, Porto, Salamanca and Stockhom.
