I'm actually rather surprised that nobody's written odes to Pritam's work yet, because it's a rare breed indeed. His style is instinctive, subtle, gripping, downright marvelous in the way it sucks you in. His stream isn't flashy - it doesn't scream "oomph" or have outlandishly trickery of the kind that's built from the ground up to cause your jaw to take up residence on the floor. it's more like a favourite corner in an old restaurant, a "feel-good" place, and even when you know it like the back of your hand, there's something new to discover every time you're there. That's pretty darn special =)
