Western States Envelope & Label is a wholesale envelope converter, printer and manufacturer as well as custom printed labels on rolls for the printing and distributing trades. It was founded by George French Moss as an envelope service for printers in 1908. Western states has five full-service manufacturing facilities, including locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio and Kentucky. The company headquarters is located in Butler, Wisconsin.
