‘WSA!’ is a collective of around 15 fine artists and illustrators predominantly based in and around The Midlands. The primary objective of forming ‘WSA!’ is to display the huge array of fresh and innovative work being realised by individuals who are starting out on the path towards a career in the arts. The collective aims to challenge traditional ideas of ‘safe’ art and sets no boundaries on member’s freedom to express themselves and their ideas the way they want. ‘WSA!’ continues to exhibit work around the country, and beyond including; Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Luxembourg, Barcelona and America, showcasing its continually interesting, evolving and powerful body of work and representing the young, experimental and inspirational.
