I am an Contemporary Eco Artist based in the UK and West Africa. I make large scale eco sculptures from earth or donated materials, often books, encouraging everyone's involvement and participation. These appear at Literary and Arts Festivals and Contemporary Art Galleries.

My book sculptures are made without damaging books - I see them as a valuable resource and re-home them. After dismantling my sculptures the children's books are sent to Mali where they are distributed to impoverished Schools via a charity I initiated and direct. See www.sendabooktomali.wrenmillerart.co.uk .

I worked with OXFAM Books UK, and turned them onto the idea if building large book sculptures, and this year was invited to WOMAD Festival, where I led the creation of a Dream Bed of Books. In a collaboration between myself and Ray Jacobs we created the Book Labyrinth for the Centenary Festival of Charles Darwin in 2009. We believe this to have been the first Book Maze or Labyrinth anywhere.
