We Question Our Project helps public and private organizations understand the new and critical role of customers in developing new services, or improving existing ones. And thus aims to promote a closer, more balanced, respectful and meaningful relationship between organizations and its customers.

We work in designing both digital and non-digital services. Particularly, we specialize in designing services that make use of digital platforms, but are rooted in compelling and meaningful real world experiences.

Our main methods for innovating services are based on ethnography, user-centered design, citizen involvement, as well as creative and visual tools. With a long background in design for sustainability and environmental education and communication, we believe that researching user’s behavior patterns is key to making more sustainable services and products, while still making them useful and desirable, even for non-environmentally conscious customers. And ideally all services should be environmentally sound.
