I enjoy a wide variety of genres, and have broadened my horizons from landscape photography into cityscapes, architecture, street and macro. I want to continually push myself, and am inspired by looking at many other photographers' work who I sometimes try and emulate, or put my own personal touch on. One can never stop learning!!

During my journey over the last few years, I gained my LRPS (RPS Licentiate) in June 2018, my CPAGB in November 2019, my QPSA in June 2021, my AFIAP in June 2022, my ARPS (RPS Associate) in March 2023, my PPSA in March 2023, my DPAGB in May 2023 and my EFIAP in June 2023. I also regularly enter national and international salons.

To pinch a quote from Tom Heaton; "photography is so much more than simply taking images, as it's also about the people we meet, the places we see and the experiences we have"; How so very true!!

And, as Ansel Adams once said: "The negative is comparable to the composer’s score and the print to its performance. Each performance differs in subtle ways.”
