Wolf Haven International has been providing sanctuary to captive-born wolves since 1982. Wolf Haven offers guided sanctuary visits and a wide variety of educational programs. Located on 80 acres of native prairie and woodland, Wolf Haven promotes prairie restoration by partnering with a diverse group of environmental agencies. As a member of the Species Survival Plan, Wolf Haven participates in specialized programs to ensure the survival of the endangered Mexican gray and red wolves.

Wolf Haven has achieved both American Sanctuary Accreditation (ASA) and Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS) accreditation.
