Wiser.org is the social networking for sustainability. It's a project of the non-profit organization, WiserEarth. Wiser.org is the byproduct of renowned environmentalist and entrepreneur Paul Hawken, who first conceived of the sustainability social network as an international directory of non-profit and governmental organizations that could foster collaboration among activists and dedicated individuals.

This was in line with his vision of creating a worldwide organization dedicated to reducing redundant activities among different organizations, in addition to fostering collaboration among those very organizations and empowering them by magnifying their voices with ally organizations and individuals.

Having recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, Wiser.org continues to further Hawken's vision of united movement dedicated to eradicating some of the most pressing issues of our time.
