I was recently commissioned by www.regretsy.com to knit some chemo caps for charity and found it so rewarding and fulfilling. I realized that this was something I wanted to do full time, so ConnieCaps, Inc. was born. Named after my mother who passed away from cancer in January of 2004, ConnieCaps, Inc. provides stylish, hand-crafted hats free of charge to cancer patients who have lost their hair.

Linda is a gen-u-wine diva, and has a creative streak that will knock your socks off. If you view nothing else on flickr, go see her cork series. And don't forget the merged photos with multi-Tom's. I didn't know Wine Diva for long but like a good wine, she shown herself to be a warm and friendly person almost immediately. Considering how busy it can be to run a Wine Bar, it's quite amazing that she can find time to visit and comment on flickr. Perhaps it's her love for photography, where she shines in her special way of capturing simple but beautiful photos. Take a seat, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy her photostream. Not only will you learn more about this elixer of life, your eyes will have a visual trip. Thank you for being a wonderful friend... to me AND Latte!
