I was first introduced to shooting film when I was in junior high school during the mid-nineties. I was fortunate to learn how to process b&w film and make some prints in the darkroom. I continued this hobby at a very basic level throughout high school. I then took about a decade long break from photography to finish a college degree and start a career in music. I am currently a singer-songwriter & jazz guitarist based in Chicago. When I'm not playing gigs or teaching guitar lessons, I love to take out my Mamiya C-330 (originally my grandfather's) or my Canon AE-1 Program (originally my father's) and shoot some film in the city. I'm mostly a street photography guy, but I also enjoy matching certain images of any kind to my music.
