Before posting I develop the RAW: white balance, occasional cropping, exposure, contrast/saturation, and sharpening. E.g., no heavy Photoshopping, just standard developing. (The less a shot needs developing, the better the shot, IMO.) With rare exceptions for work specifically designed to be manipulated. B&W shots get the above plus a basic application of appropriate grain via Grubbasoft's TrueGrain software.
