Sarah Willis works for NIman Ranch as a Sales Specialist. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Iowa in 1992. Having grown up on the original Niman Ranch free-range pig farm in Thornton, Iowa, she has spent years devoted to raising awareness about the drastic changes that have taken place in agriculture and the beauty of raising pigs and other animals, traditionally, humanely, and sustainably. Representing Niman Ranch free-range pig farmers at a variety of food shows and select chef dinners accross the country is part of her job. Sarah is working with chefs, farmers and retailers in making the farm- to- table connection. Part of her job is promoting Niman Ranch farms that prohibit cruel conditions and practices and instead raise their animals in an environment that allows them to behave naturally. Today, she continues the tradition of farming with her father in Iowa and believes that all animals deserve to have a life.
