I took early retirement at age 50 in 2000 from ICI & I'm now in my early 70's & I sort of fell into photography a few years ago & I am now really passionate about it.

Too be honest I really wish that I had discovered photography much sooner than I did.

I love black & white photography, but I always photograph in colour & then convert to b&w after, if I think it is going to look 'better' in b&w

I greatly admire the work of Vivian Maier ( www.vivianmaier.com/about-vivian-maier/ ) who was an extremely gifted photographer in her spare time as a nanny in America.

I use my Fuji XPro1 mirrorless camera & a Fuji XF 35mm f/1.4 lens 99.9% of the time, I really love & enjoy this camera & the 35mm lens.
