Getting back into photography after several decades of just taking family snaps. Back in the day I used twin lens reflex cameras, looked at the world upsidedown on ground glass, and did my own developing. Photoshop nowadays.
I've now moved to a new Nikon 7500. Sold the 3100, which I regret doing. I have a few lenses, nothing of note, 2nd DSLR.
My mobility is hampered due to a major stroke. This adds to the challenge of finding good shots in places I can actually get to and not fall over while composing a photo. I tend to take a lot of shots from the drivers seat.
I am now retired and have time to try to figure out this digital world we are living in.
I truly enjoy photography and, while I am by no means overly talented, I am getting better at it.
I am in my 70's, been married 50+ years, have 5 grown sons and ten grandkids. Listen to a lot of music, haven't been able to do much guitar playing since the stroke. Born in suburban Detroit, moved to Tennessee, within sight of the Smoky Mountain Natl Park, some 30 years ago.
